Staff Business Shirts - Order Form

Please refer to the information below to complete your Lands' End and/or Thread Logic Shirt Order.

Shirt Facts

• Each employee needs a total of four (4) logoed shirts, one (1) for each event day during Cultivate (Saturday - Tuesday) 
• Select one (1) shirt in each of the following colors (if needed) 
• White 
• Black 
• Blue (Lands' End: True Blue or Dark Cobalt Blue or Thread Logic: Royal or Light Blues) 
• Grey (Lands' End: Soapstone, Charcoal Heather, Pewter Heather, or Thread Logic: Greys) 
• Shirt(s) style 
• Shirts can all be the same style, all unique styles, or a combination of styles (not T-shirts) 
• Consider your core comfort level since you may wear them in different seasons and for different activities 
• The convention center can be chilly in July 
• Consider a cardigan or pullover as one of your style options for layering 
• Shirt(s) size 
• Size charts are included on each website for your reference 
• Shirt sizes can be listed as alpha, numeric, or neck/sleeve length 
• Enter size exactly as listed for the selected style to ensure the order is correct
